On the casino home page, click on Start Playing & Claim Free Money
You will be asked ‘Do you want to run or save this file?'. Select 'Save'
Make a note of where you are saving this file, so that you can install the casino software once it has downloaded.
How do I Install the Casino Software?
Once you've downloaded the casino software, the install wizard will take you through the installation and registration process.
However, if this doesn't happen:
Double click on the casino '.exe' file
You'll find this file in the folder you saved it to during the download process.
If you can't find this file, click on the Windows Start button, select Search and then All Files and Folders. Then search for the file using the keywords 'Royal Vegas'.
Registering a Real Account will enable you to play with real money. Alternatively, you can register a Guest Account if you’d like to play for fun.
Should you experience a confirmed timeout, we’ll credit your casino account within one to two business days. To speed up this process, contact customer support with the details of your transaction.
If you receive a comp before a missing deposit has been confirmed, please note:
If the missing deposit is not due to a timeout, the comp amount will be reversed from one of your casino accounts
